PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Furnish Me Vintage does it’s best to ensure positive sales transactions for our clients. The policies outlined below were created to demystify the unique experience of purchasing vintage items. These rules serve as a guideline for Furnish Me Vintage and our customers. Carefully read our terms of sale prior to purchase. In the act of purchasing our merchandise, you are acknowledging that you have read, fully understand, and agree to these terms of sale. These policies apply to all sales in our physical retail store, online sales, and telephone orders. Contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about our terms of sale.
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Contact us within 72 hours to initiate a return. We cannot accept returns after the 72 hour return window. Both vintage and new items (except special orders) are eligible for return. Restocking fees apply, sorry we are unable to refund delivery fees. See details on our return policy below.
Returning Vintage Items
Our vintage items are eligible for returns within 72 hours of purchase. We are open 7 days a week, contact us at any time during business hours to initiate the return. Our record albums, close out, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Let us know why you would like to return the item. If there is a problem with the item, we may be able to fix it.
In the case that you would like to return we will work with your to arrange drop off or pick up. Items must be received in the same condition as they were when sold. If dropping the item off, make sure you safely pack it for travel. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it. If your return is approved, you will be reimbursed the cost of the item less the restocking fee and ACTUAL cost* of originating and return delivery. A restocking fee will apply to all returned vintage items. A flat restocking fee of $75 will be charged for vintage items under $500 that are returned within 72 hours. Vintage items over $500 will be charged a restocking fee of 10%. *Furnish Me Vintage often subsidizes shipping costs in order to mitigate the expense to our buyers. However, if the item is returned the actual cost of outgoing and return shipping will be deducted from your return total. For example, your item is $2,500. Outgoing shipping true cost is $399, return shipping true cost is $399, restocking fee of 10%, your total amount returned is $1,602. Furnish Me Vintage reserves the right to refuse return of any item. We may refuse a return for reasons including but not limited to, damage or abuse by the buyer.
Returning New Items
Our new items are eligible for returns within 72 hours of purchase. We are open 7 days a week, contact us at any time during business hours to initiate the return. Items purchased on special order, close out or clearance items. Special orders, close out, and clearance items are final sale. Let us know why you would like to return the item. If there is a problem with the item, we may be able to fix it.

Cancelling/Changing special orders
Our team works quickly to make sure your special orders are processed as expeditiously as possible. As such we allow a 72 hour window for modification or cancellation of special orders. Contact us if there is an issue with the order, we can see if it is possible to make the change after 72 hours, but it is not guaranteed that your order can be modified after that period.
Cancelling/Changing vintage purchases
Vintage item orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. A restocking fee of 5% will apply to cancelled vintage orders. We cannot cancel the order after the item has shipped.
Contact us with 48 hours to report a defective item. Whether the item is new or vintage, we will work with your to repair or replace the item or defective parts. Our new items fall under manufacturer warranty. We will work with you to coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue with your new item. We cannot offer repair or replacement of items damaged by the buyer during transport, assembly, or injury other than manufacturer defect.
Local delivery within a 1 ½ hour driving radius of the Tampa Bay area is available. We ship nationally within the Continental United States. Sorry, we do not ship internationally in most cases. Furnish Me Vintage will arrange shipping for our customers. We work only with trusted carriers. All shipments are insured for shipment. Shipping providers and packing facilities are third party entities independent of Furnish Me Vintage. Customers are free to arrange their own shipping. If arranging your own shipment, be sure that your carrier will provide packing services and insurance. Furnish Me Vintage does not provide packaging for freight items. Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. Contact us if you have special shipping needs.
Inspect your shipment at the time of arrival. Look for visible signs of damage on the exterior of the package. Photograph any external damage BEFORE opening the package. Freight deliveries: Notify the driver(s) of damage, make note of damage on the bill of lading paper work before signing and accepting the shipment. Parcels must be accepted in order to start the insurance claim process. Do not refuse shipments. If shipment is refused buyer is responsible for original AND return shipping fees. Initiate your damage claim within 24-48 hours of receiving the parcel. Contact the carrier directly to report the claim. If you have questions, contact us, we will guide you through the process. It is absolutely imperative that you follow all instructions specified by the shipping carrier and/or insurance carrier. Keep all original packing material AND merchandise. Do not dispose of the packing material or merchandise until your claim in settled. Submit all necessary documents and photos required. Do this in a timely manner. The sooner you get your documentation in, the faster your claim is processed and settled. Call or e-mail us if you are having any difficulty with the claim. We will help provide any support or documentation you may need. Recipients must file a claim with the shipping carrier and/or insurance carrier in the case of damaged shipments. Furnish Me Vintage will do all we can to help facilitate this process. Compensation must be sought from the carrier and/or insurance provider. Furnish Me Vintage does not issue refunds for items damaged during shipping. Shipping refunds are at the discretion of the carrier, as per their respective policies. Shipping fees will not be refunded by Furnish Me Vintage under any circumstances.
Freight shipping takes 2-6 weeks to arrive. Expedited freight is available. Transit time for expedited freight shipments is 7-21 business days. All expedited freight shipments are “curbside” freight. This means the carrier will deliver the parcel to your home or building, but will not carry the item inside. Recipient (you) is responsible for bringing the parcel indoors. Recipients might consider having a helper or two on hand for large items. Let us know if you have special requests, black out dates, deadlines, or other special instructions for delivery. We can work with our carriers to meet your delivery needs.
Furnish Me Vintage takes special care to bring quality merchandise to market. Our items are prepared by our staff in order to be ready for your home unless otherwise specified. We note any known malfunctions, damage, or condition issues on our listings. Visit our Saint Petersburg, Florida showroom to inspect items in person if you can. All items are sold as is, with no warranty or guarantee.
ELECTRONICS / STEREO WARRANTY
We encourage buyers to sample the stereo in person at our store. Local pick up is preferred. This piece works now, but since it is a decades old electronic device, we make no guarantee that it will work down the line. Be aware that this is OLD, and old electronics can be fickle. Shipping can be rough on these items. It is not unusual for a stereo to arrive with operational issues after being shipped across country. Carrier will not reimburse unless there are signs of physical trauma. We do not provide compensation for items that arrive non-operational. Buyer is accepting risk if shipping is requested. We cannot repair items that arrive malfunctioning. We do not provide compensation for items that arrive non-operational. We do not issue refunds. All vintage electronics are sold as-is, no warranty, no refunds.
We do not ship or deliver items unless they have been paid in full. Furnish Me Vintage does not offer any sort of lay-away plans. We accept: – Cash – Visa – Mastercard – Discover – American Express – Paypal – Checks (in store, by phone, and mail) Processing fees may be incurred on certain payment methods.
DEPOSITS (HOLDING ITEMS)
We hold items with a deposit at 10% of the list price. This deposit will be credited toward the final cost of your purchase. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to store credit and used toward the purchase of another item. We will not hold an item on deposit for more than one week unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Furnish Me Vintage strongly discourages storing items. However, we can store your item for $50 a week per item, for up to 3 weeks. Items left behind for 4 weeks or more without pickup or delivery arrangements will be considered abandoned and will be listed again for sale with no refund to the buyer.

TJ Wilson Holdings, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TJ Wilson Holdings, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by TJ Wilson Holdings, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
