This vintage 1970s solid teak Niels Bach nightstand end table has been restored to like-new condition. The minimalist Danish Modern design is enhanced by fine contours and exposed finger joints along the drawers and sides. The cabinet maker had such pride in his carpentry that he opted to showcase it as a design motif. The top drawer is all solid teak wood as well. The base serves as an open shelf space perfect for storing books or magazines.
Our proprietary refinishing techniques allow us to not only mitigate imperfections in a delicate manner, but to preserve the original patina and lovely amber glow. In the nearly 10 years we’ve been in business, this is only the 2nd Niels Bach piece we’ve had the pleasure to work on. Straight as an arrow and expertly crafted. This Niels Bach nightstand is the high water mark of Scandinavian craftsmanship. Perfectly unpretentious while still exhibiting character and charm.
