Furnish Me Vintage Return Policy
Our vintage items are eligible for returns within seven days of purchase. Contact us via e-mail to initiate a return. Our record albums, close out, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Let us know why you would like to return the item. If there is a problem with the item, we may be able to fix it.
We will work with you to arrange drop off or pick up of returned items. Items must be received in the same condition as they were when sold. If dropping the item off, make sure you safely pack it for travel. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it. If your return is approved, store credit will be issued for the cost of the item, less the restocking fee, and ACTUAL cost* of originating and return delivery. A restocking fee will apply to all returned vintage items. A flat restocking fee of 10% will be charged for returned items. Furnish Me Vintage subsidizes shipping costs in order to mitigate the expense to our buyers. However, if the item is returned the ACTUAL cost of outgoing, and return shipping will be deducted from your return total. For example, your item is $2,500. Outgoing shipping true cost is $399, return shipping true cost is $399, restocking fee of 10%, your total amount returned is $1,452. Furnish Me Vintage reserves the right to refuse return of any item. We may refuse a return for reasons including but not limited to, damage or abuse by the buyer.
Cancelling/Changing special orders
Our team works quickly to make sure your special orders are processed as expeditiously as possible. As such we allow a 48 hour window for modification or cancellation of special orders. Contact us if there is an issue with the order, we can see if it is possible to make the change after 48 hours, but it is not guaranteed that your order can be modified after that period.
Cancelling/Changing vintage purchases
Vintage item orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. A restocking fee of 5% will apply to cancelled vintage orders. We cannot cancel the order after the item has shipped.
Contact us within 72 hours to report a defective item. We will work with your to repair or replace the item or defective parts. Our expert team will be happy to repair any defective pieces. We cannot offer repair or replacement of items damaged by the buyer during transport, assembly, or injury other than manufacturer defect.
