Description
Vintage 1950s elm vanity desk by Drexel. Part of the ??Today??s Living? collection. Attributed to Milo Baughman. The true designer is disputed. Some say Baughman some say Edward Wormley. The Hallmarks of this design most closely resemble Baughman??s ??Perspective? line for Drexel. Storage on the left and right sides of the unit. Back side is finished. Top panel lifts to reveal a compartment and propped mirror. Use this piece as a vanity, desk, credenza or entertainment center. Table height is slightly shorter than a typical desk. Honey colored wood will match maple, yellow mahogany and even lighter teak woods. Pair this with your blond Conant Ball or Heywood Wakefield pieces. Danish styling with floating cabinets. Sturdy tapered legs. Nice solid, American construction. We have a matching high boy dresser (sold separately).
