Completely refinished Mid Century Modern Lane coffee table circa 1960s. This classic American made, Danish Modern style, coffee table has been refashioned. The original walnut wood top has been refinished to reveal the once hidden lustrous glow of the rich nutty wood. The sweeping wood grain patterns were once hidden by decades of patina. Now they are fully present, enhancing the beauty of this piece. The solid wood base has been stripped, sanded and given a fresh coat of black paint. A design decision made to add a bit of distinction to this clean line, simply elegant coffee table. The low profile well compliments any atomic age sofa.
