Carefully read our terms prior to purchase. In the act of purchasing our merchandise, you are acknowledging that you have read, fully understand, and agree to these terms. These policies apply to all sales in our physical retail store, online sales, and telephone orders. Contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about how we do business.
Where are you located?
Furnish Me Vintage has relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee. Our Florida store has closed. Customers can shop our store online using this website. We offer free national shipping on most items on our website! Our Chattanooga store has regular hours for anyone who would like to purchase in person.
Do you ship?
Yes. We ship throughout the Continental United States. We use a number of methods including ground shipping and freight shipping. Our trucks deliver to residences, businesses, forwarders, and storage units. Read our shipping page for full details. Contact us if you have special delivery needs.
What Sort of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and checks. Payment must be remitted in full before product is shipped or distributed to the client. Folks shopping online have the option of checking out with Amazon Pay to expedite the process.
Do You Offer Layaway?
We do not offer in-house layaway or payment programs, however we do accept all major credit cards and Paypal which offer their own payment programs.
Can I Put Something On Hold?
We have two types of holds. A “firm hold” requires a deposit at 10% of the list price. This deposit will be credited toward the final cost of your purchase. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to store credit and used toward the purchase of another item. We will not hold an item on deposit for more than seven days unless there are extenuating circumstances. A firm hold means the item is held for you and no one can purchase it while it is reserved.
Our second hold is free. The “soft hold” requires no deposit but is less secure than a firm hold. If an item is earmarked under a soft hold we will take your name and number. If another buyer presents during your hold period we will contact you to warn of the potential sale. At that time, you can opt to purchase or refuse the item. You must pay right away if you would like to purchase or the item goes to the other buyer. If you don’t answer your phone or respond to messages, we move onto the other buyer. We do not remove online listings for soft holds. This leaves an opportunity for an online buyer to purchase without a warning call or message. If this is a concern, you should opt for a paid “firm hold.”
Do You Offer Storage?
Furnish Me Vintage strongly discourages storing items. However, we can store your item for $50 a week per item, for up to 3 weeks. Items left behind for 4 weeks or more without pickup or delivery arrangements will be considered abandoned and will be listed again for sale with no refund to the buyer.
Do You Buy From Individuals?

Is Your Furniture Vintage or Reproduction?
Furnish Me Vintage prides itself on selling fine vintage furniture. Our focus is on authentic, vintage, mid-century modern and Danish furniture. You will see that our range of vintage spans beyond the bounds of pure mid-century to include Hollywood Regency, Chinoiserie, rustic, industrial, Scandinavian, Danish, furniture art and decor. If it’s interesting, well-crafted, or beautifully designed you’ll find it in our stable. Shoppers may occasionally encounter a pre-owned contemporary piece or NEW piece of furniture. We will note the provenance of the piece in the description, but if you are unsure, feel free to ask!
This looks new, is it?
We restore nearly all of our vintage furniture! That means you get an old piece that is in as close to new condition as possible, ensuring many more years of comfortable use! Even the original pieces get a tune-up and clean-up. Our original upholstered items are all professionally steam cleaned. Many of our pieces are fully restored.
