Mid-century modern Borge Mogensen Danish teak dresser. The BM57 chest of drawers by P. Lauritsen & Sons is vintage 1957. It is clear that this chest of drawers is a fine example of Scandinavian cabinet making. The drawers and chassis meet with such a fine fit, one can hardly fit a slip of paper between the seams. The dovetail joints are precise and tight. Only the best teak was used in the construction of this dresser. The only embellishment in the minimalist design are the circular brass pulls. This petite version of a traditional highboy dresser allows this piece to fit seamlessly in nearly any room of the home.
