3 Vintage Industrial Drafting Stools Rescued from an old Sherwin-Williams paint store. These three vintage drafting stools wear the toils of their life like a badge of honor. The wood seats have paint splatters throughout and areas of fading varnish. Enamel paint on the metal bases is chipped in many areas. One can really see that these were industrial chairs, used daily, in a busy shop. All these splatters, chips and bruises add character charm. Exactly what makes retro industrial furniture so desirable. These stools have a strong salt-of-the-Earth aura about them. Wear is all cosmetic... these chairs are completely structurally sound. Surprisingly rust free, polished steel bottom spanners still gleam. One chair has a rectangular base and straight back. The other two chairs have tilted backs to embrace the spine. These two chairs also have circular bases. One chair is adjustable height. The other two chairs do not appear to be adjustable. These pieces are being sold as found to maintain their rustic integrity. We just wiped off the dirt. Feel free to remove the paint marks if you want a more polished look. Use them as bar stools.
