Description
This stunning set of six rosewood ‘Eva’ dining chairs was designed by Niels Koefoed for Koefoeds Hornslet, circa 1964. These lightweight, but well built and sturdy beauties possess a solid rosewood frame with gently arched backs which give ergonomic consideration. Seats have all new black vinyl upholstery. Take note of the gentle angle allowing a lounge feel to the typically upright dining chair. Ideal for those whom like to linger at the table chatting after a meal. Each chair stands on it’s own as a work of art. Note the unique configuration of the arms. Each arm bows gently outward and reaches down to wrap around the bottom spanner of the chair. Investment quality chairs for your Danish Modern collection. A testament to Scandinavian innovation.
